You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service is intended only for adults. By using it you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You sign in using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Some members may be asked to complete identity verification; we may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service.

The Service lets adults connect through voice and video calls. To place calls you purchase an in-app credit called "hearts" (1 heart = ₹1) and spend them per minute of connected call time. Hearts are a prepaid digital credit usable only within the app; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, or withdrawn. Your hearts balance is determined and recorded by our servers.

Hearts are sold in the packages listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by our third-party payment aggregator; we do not store your card or bank details. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Calls may be recorded for safety, moderation, and quality. You consent to such recording when you sign up and by placing or accepting a call. Do not use the Service if you do not consent to recording.

You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or infringing; not to impersonate others; not to record, store, or share other members' content without authorisation; and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to Radhakrishnan Tharavin (Sole Proprietor) or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the conduct of any member. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Unused hearts may be forfeited on termination for cause, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or on this page; continued use after changes means you accept them.
